Network Spinal Energetics works with the body’s own intelligence to locate and release tension patterns stored in the spine and nervous system — patterns that hold the energy and information of past stress, trauma, and unresolved experience. Through precise, gentle touch at specific points along the spine, the nervous system begins to develop new strategies. Waves of release move through the body, breath deepens, and what was once held begins to unwind. Some of this work happens through light contact with the body itself, other moments involve Dr. Leslie making precise connections with the biofield — the subtle energetic structure surrounding the physical body — activating latent energy and creating openings for deeper release. I've been working with Dr Leslie for over three years now, and honestly, I don't even know where to start. The bodywork alone was worth it. The Network Spinal Energetics she does, I can't fully explain it, but I can tell you I felt it. Tension I've been carrying around without even realizing it just released. I'd walk out of sessions feeling lighter, clear, more like myself, and back pain releases fast if I go in with a flare up. That part I understood, It's the part that made sense to me.
Then there were the readings. I was in the middle of buying a poultry farm here in North Carolina dash big investment, a lot on the line. Dr Leslie did a reading for me during that time, and she kept bringing up water. She said there was running water on the property, and specific ways I could use it for the farming operation. I'm sitting there thinking, what water? I've been out on that land. There was nothing obvious. No Creek, no stream. See or have been told about. But something told me to take it seriously. So I got a drone and flew it over the whole property. There it was. Running water, right where the reading had pointed. I never would have gone looking for it the way I did if it hadn't come up in that session.
Today that water is a real and working part of how we run the farm dash above ground and below dash and it's genuinely changed what we're able to do out there.
